Our custom polyclonal antibodies production service offers the following key features:

• Guaranteed to Work in Your Experiment – Once we have confirmed the activity by ELISA we will send you a sample. If this sample does not perform to your satisfaction in your lab then we will have another go at making the antibody or provide you with a refund.²

Life Research offers the following two packages:

Package 1 – Immunisation and Purification (Stage II & III in timeline) – $1395 +GST

This package provides the client with Rabbit IgGs affinity-purified from 50 ml sera (from each of 2 rabbits). The client provides ≥8mg of synthetic peptide and is sent a sample of the Ab for testing along with an ELISA report confirming the high titer (> 50,000). If satisfied, the remainder of at least 2mg is provided. Project duration 3-4 months. Shipping included.

Package 2 – Peptide Antigen Synthesis, Immunisation and Purification (All Stages in timeline) – $1695 +GST

This package includes the production of the peptide (up to 15aa) and conjugation to carrier protein to provide an antigen for immunisation. The client provides details of the antigen and selection of the peptide sequence is assisted by algorithmic methods. An antigen report is generated for the client’s approval before commencement. Testing and delivery - as per package 1. Project duration - 3.5-4.5 months.

Option – ELISA/dot blot only Guarantee – Save $440 (incl. GST)

If you only require an ELISA guarantee for your custom antibody, you can take $440 off the price package. This guarantee¹ extends only to ELISA performance conducted by Life Research.
