Life Research offers the following three packages:
Package 1 – ELISA Guaranteed Hybridoma Library $4,950 (10 Hybridoma) - $9,950 (30 Hybridomas)
This package provides the client with a library of hybridomas and ELISA reports confirming their high titer for the target antigen or recombinant protein. The client provides a peptide or cDNA clone and receives the cell lines within 4-5 months.
Package 2 – Overexpression Western Blot Guaranteed - $5,450
The client will receive at least 1 hybridoma cell line and a WB data report that confirms that the antibody detects over-expressed target protein in WB assay. The client can test sample antibody in an endogenous WB in their lab prior to making the final payment. The client provides a peptide or cDNA clone and receives a WB report and 2mg of purified antibody per cell line within 4.5-5.5 months.
Package 3 – Overexpression Immunofluorescence or Immunoprecipitation Guaranteed - $5950
The client will receive at least 1 hybridoma cell line and an IF/ICC, IHC or IP data report that confirms that the antibody detects over-expressed target protein in the assay. The client can test sample antibody in an endogenous assay in their lab prior to making the final payment. The client provides a peptide or cDNA clone and receives an IF/ICC, IHC or IP report and 2mg of purified antibody per cell line within 4.5-5.5 months.
